Anchored by the supple interplay of Green’s piano and vocals with Luca Soul Rosenfeld’s upright bass and Evan Hyde’s drums, she expands her palette with delicate string textures from Ludovica Burtone and Tomoko Akaboshi on violins, Kayla Williams on viola, to Maria Figueroa on cello, as well as the evocative four‑part voices including Emily Braden, Tahira Clayton, Jimmy Kraft, and Michael Mayo, and the subtle percussive shading of Andromeda Turre. Across eight original compositions that unfold like dreamscapes and tributes to her late mother, Green’s arrangements shine in their grace, depth, and emotion.
