Eat, Drink, Play is a spectacular showcase of musical virtuosity from pianist-composer Todd Hunter. The production is also Hunter’s debut trio recording. With Aaron Serfaty on drums and Dave Robaire on bass the trio displays a level of virtuosity synchronicity that really raises the spellbinding quality of the eclectic mix of compositions, all of which were written by Hunter. The entire recording is a true artistic delight.
