The recording is a collection of lovely arrangements and a showcase of the mastery of the musical talents, including Tim Horner on drums. The interplay between the trio is an entertaining musical conversation, in a set that can be swinging and laid back, together and separately. The menu of tunes here includes compositions by Joe Henderson, Tad Dameron, Thelonious Monk, Billy Strayhorn and Kenny Durham, among others. A really top-notch effort that is a must-hear production.
